Grapefruit Raspberry Kiss Mocktail Recipe [Gluten-free & Vegan]

Grapefruit Raspberry Kiss Mocktail Recipe [Gluten-free & Vegan]

While this mocktail is almost laughably simple, this drink is so elegant because of it’s simplicity! 🙂

And what’s even more important than simplicity? Why, flavor of course! And my Grapefruit Raspberry Kiss has plenty of that!

I don’t know about you, but I am a HUGE fan of grapefruit. It’s so fresh and clean, and it feels healthy to drink (in the best way possible).

Grapefruit has a flavor profile similar to that of a dry white wine, so it helps balance the sweetness of the raspberry simple syrup in this recipe without being overbearing. The bubbles from the sparkling water also help this feel more like an adult beverage while still being alcohol-free! 🙂

(Because of the bubbles, this also makes a great replacement if you’re bored drinking the same mimosa, or faux-mosa [a mimosa sans alcohol]!)

Whether you’re looking for a refreshing after-dinner drink or want something for a relaxing brunch at the beach, this drink is perfect.

Bottoms up! 🙂

Description

Whether you’re looking for a refreshing after-dinner drink or want something for a relaxing brunch at the beach, this drink is perfect.

The only time-consuming part of this recipe is creating the raspberry simple syrup. Once that’s made, though, you’re ready to go! 🙂

Ingredients

Scale

For rim:

  • Organic red cocktail sugar (I used this one)
  • Organic lime wedge

For the mocktail:

  • 12 oz. organic raspberry simple syrup (depending on how sweet you like your drinks)
  • 2 oz. organic cold-pressed grapefruit juice
  • Topo Chico (or other sparkling water)

Instructions

  1. Rim a champagne flute using the lime wedge and red sugar.
  2. Pour grapefruit juice into your prepared champagne flute. Then, add the raspberry simple syrup.
  3. Top with Topo Chico and enjoy! 🙂

Notes

You can also add 1 oz. of vodka to turn this into a cocktail!
