This recipe is super simple and makes a great after dinner treat if you don’t want to go all out with dessert!




  1. Put your banana discs at the bottom of a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with coconut sugar.
  3. Pour your Better Half over it and do what Bob Marley says and “stir it up.”
